The staff are very friendly, professional and very fast to let me know and keep me updated on my dad’s condition.

The staff are so helpful, caring and they are very professional. Betty and Lisa who are the qualified nurses teach the younger caregivers how to take care of my father in his special circumstances. There are not many care centres that have this kind of care management. The facilities and environment are good and clean and very comfortable too.

I can feel my grandpa become more energetic after staying in BBE. They will organize activities for the elderly and won’t ask the elderly to sleep all the time like other care centres outside.

The caregiver will help to massage, I previously can’t move my hand and leg but now I can move already. When I got headache they will help to massage and change my diet. They really customize the care for me.

If it is not for the Japanese management, I won’t come. I tell my friends that the staff here are very cheerful and they are so patient. Even when I see them handle dementia patients that are very hard to manage, they are still very patient and won’t get angry. I really admire this. The food arrangement is very nice too.

the Perak State EXCO in charge of elderly wellbeing and care centres
21 February 2024; YB Salbiah Mohamed visited Malaysia's First Elderly Care Centre managed by in-house Japanese Care Experts known as Boonbak Emina Care Centre.
This visit marks YB Salbiah's commitment and dedication towards establishing quality senior care standards in Ipoh Perak for the benefit of the Perak Community.
